Senior KYC / AML Officer - M / W

Overview

Mission : The Senior KYC / AML Officer is part of the Transfer Agent Oversight team. The KYC / AML Officer’s primary task is to be the main point of contact for the resolution of complex cases and perform oversight on the India Team.

Responsibilities

• Process AML / KYC assessments in relation to Account Opening and Maintenance of investor registers
• Review and respond to AML related queries across all clients
• Run, review and update AML reports and provide these reports to Management and Compliance department
• Maintain AML / KYC procedures up to date as well as contribute to the setup of the AML / KYC Guidelines
• Contribute to AML reviews, plus any audit related exercises
• Respond to complex queries coming from clients and / or the offshored teams
• Liaise with Compliance Officers of clients in case of escalation (MANCOs)
• Hold regular training sessions with teams in terms of the regulatory environment

Qualifications

Advanced level of French and English

Proactive and communicative with an ability to take initiative and assume responsibility
