Job Description :

Joining HPE in a graduate role is an excellent opportunity for a self-motivated, proactive individual to grow with us and help us drive our continued success globally. You’ll be part of our Graduate Program in Barcelona.

Start Date : September 2025

What you’ll do :

  • Customer Conversations : Digitally engage with your designated customers, delving into their business challenges and illustrating how HPE can make a difference for them.
  • Teamwork : Collaborate closely with sales specialists, technical experts, resellers and C-level management, shaping solutions that empower your customers.
  • International Connection : Regularly travel to Belgium for in-person customer meetings, building genuine relationships that drive success.
  • Precision Forecasting : Be on top of your business by ensuring your sales forecast is as accurate as possible, contributing to the strategic success of your team.
  • Continuous Development : Continuously enhance your skills. At HPE, you'll encounter regular training, on-the-job coaching, and a culture of self-guided portfolio mastery.

What you’ll need :

  • Completed Bachelor’s / Master’s degree within the last 12 months (preferably IT / Sales)
  • Bilingual Dutch / English, French Native (add-on)
  • A high-energy and proactive attitude thriving on meetings and interactions with clients and business stakeholders
  • Experience or a proven interest in sales and a curiosity in technology
