Strategy Consultant (3-4 years of experience)

About the Role

We are looking for Senior Associates to join our Strategy Consulting Division in Madrid. You will work on high-impact, international strategy and management consulting projects, primarily within the Information and Communications Technology (ICT) sector.

Our clients include telecommunications operators, technology firms, regulatory authorities, public institutions, and more.

Strategy Business & Network Modelling Policy & Regulation

Main Responsibilities As a Senior Associate, you will be responsible for : Handling and delivering diverse consulting projects in the technology and telecom sectors. Identifying key challenges and proposing structured, actionable recommendations. Presenting strategic insights and proposals through reports and presentations. Building and maintaining strong client relationships. Collaborating effectively with multicultural teams. Supporting senior team members in business development efforts and proposal writing

Profile Requirements

We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria :

A degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, Mathematics, or Statistics, with a GPA above 3.0 or equivalent academic performance. Postgraduate qualifications are a plus 3 to 4 years of experience in strategy / management / business consulting Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Team-oriented mindset with adaptability to dynamic environments. Willingness and ability to travel internationally. Fluent in English (minimum C1 level required). Proficiency in Spanish, Gulf Arabic, or other languages is a plus. A valid work permit for Spain is required.
