Human Resources Specialist

Provides support for the management of human resources processes, including HR policies and projects implementation, compensation and benefits administration, and operational support to training processes.

• Assists with day-to-day operations of HR functions and duties, supporting reporting managers in the implementation of HR policies and processes.
• Handles compensation and benefits administration, including payroll, benefits, and flexible retribution.
• Prepares and submits monthly payroll variables and incidences, liaising with external payroll providers for tax declarations and social security contributions.
• Organizes and maintains personnel records, HR documents, and onboarding enrollments.
• Oversees various HR transactions, including hiring / termination / positions change requests, onboarding and offboarding processing, and employee life cycle support.
• Serves as the primary point of contact with external partners, such as insurance vendors, brokers, and payroll providers, to ensure timely administration of payroll and benefits processes.
• Creates regular and ad-hoc HR reports, including headcount, attrition, and performance evaluations reports.
• Manages HRIS tools, including timesheets, employee portals, SuccessFactors, Learning Management Systems, travel tools, expense report tools, and benefits platforms.
• Ensures compliance with occupational risk prevention processes and internal / external HR audits.
