Job Purpose

This position involves gathering business requirements in SAP FICO, proposing appropriate solutions, and managing related projects and process improvements.

Job Responsibilities

  • Act as a single point of contact for key stakeholders, managing expectations and ensuring demand is properly channeled.
  • Identify opportunities and gaps in existing functionalities and IT services, involving relevant stakeholders.
  • Translate business processes into technical and functional specifications.
  • Develop project rationale, assess scope, and design suitable architecture to determine feasibility, costs, and resources.
  • Coordinate and execute projects and enhancements following IT project methodologies.
  • Monitor incidents, service requests, and act as escalation point.
  • Communicate project status and KPIs effectively to stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with UPL's security and control frameworks.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams and third-party vendors.
  • Conduct multi-country training sessions.
  • Travel within Europe up to 10%.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, preferably IT.
  • 8-10 years of experience with strong end-to-end business process knowledge in FICO.
  • Expertise in SAP S4 Hana and FICO modules.
  • Knowledge of other SAP modules (SAC, BW) is a plus.
  • Proactive problem-solving and solution presentation skills.
  • Customer-focused with ownership of SLA performance.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools.
  • Experience with Waterfall, Agile, and Scrum methodologies.
