The Role

Veeva Link supports the life sciences industry to connect with key people to improve research and care. It helps professionals find the right people for clinical trials, education programs, or advisory boards. This streamlined access reduces the time-to-market of important drugs, facilitates trials with relevant experts, and spreads information about new treatments. As a data engineer, you will focus on our data pipelines and be responsible for a significant part of the Link data processing platform. We value end-to-end ownership, involving designing, implementing, and improving data pipelines to meet evolving market demands.

You will be responsible for features and innovation, applying SOLID and clean software principles, participating in architectural enhancements, and ensuring quality outcomes. Monitoring, metrics, and observability are integral to the feature design process.

We hire for different engineering domains : Sourcing, Tagging, Matching, and Provisioning. Depending on your skills and interests, we will determine the domain that best fits you.

What You'll Do

• Enhance our environment with new features, refactoring, and innovations
• Work with JVM-based languages or Python on Spark-based data pipelines
• Collaborate with our data science team to operate ML models
• Experiment within your domain to improve accuracy, recall, or cost efficiency
