We’re looking for a self-sufficient, highly capable IT Support Specialist with deep Apple Mac expertise to join our Barcelona office. This person will run point on all local IT needs—supporting our team, managing inventory, leading projects, and elevating the employee tech experience.

What you will do :

• Technical Support

Deliver high-level support for Apple Mac devices and related hardwareTroubleshoot login, network, and VoIP issuesMaintain and repair office tech equipment—or manage replacements as needed

Own the technical side of employee onboarding and offboardingSet up new hires with devices and access; image and ship MacsDeactivate accounts and coordinate hardware returns for departing team members

Track, manage, and maintain all local IT equipmentEnsure devices are available, functional, and up to date

Lead and execute IT projects that improve processes and infrastructureSupport global initiatives in partnership with the broader IT teamMentor junior team members and run the IT segment of our HR orientation

Test new tools and stay current on IT security practicesPerform regular maintenance and keep documentation up to date What you will bring :
