Agicap allows Finance teams of Mid‑Market companies to efficiently manage and forecast their cash, pay their suppliers and get paid. By combining a Treasury Management System, and Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable solutions into a single platform, Agicap aims at becoming the next leading Treasury Management platform for mid‑market companies.

What you will do :
- Serve as a Sales Developer in Spain, replicating Agicap’s success story and managing operations, developing business and increasing profitability for the company.
- Be very sales‑oriented : engage qualified prospects, demo the Agicap solution, provide technical assistance and negotiate contracts remotely by phone.
- Become an expert on Agicap’s product and positioning.
- Drive rapid growth of lead generation through outbound prospecting.
- Identify the pain points of prospects and position the Agicap value proposition to SMBs.
- Manage the entire sales funnel, from lead qualification to closing new deals.
- Act as the eyes and ears of Agicap in the Spanish market, giving valuable feedback to the Product, Sales and Marketing teams.
- Report your performance and work metrics.
- Gain in‑depth knowledge of Agicap’s business and sales processes during a comprehensive 1‑month onboarding.
Commercial value chain
Marketing Team : in charge of prospect lead generation – outbound lead generation with growth engineers and managers; online acquisition with SEO / SEA, paid acquisition and content marketing; product marketing management; communications, partnerships and community management.SDR : qualify leads every week.Account Executives : take over to demonstrate the software, answer the pain already identified, sell the solution and activate the subscription.Customer Success Team : manage onboarding, training, support and account management after subscription.What we are looking for :
Fluent / Native Spanish speaker with full professional proficiency in English.Sales experience in SaaS environment targeting SMBs is a bonus.Creative and consultative selling approach with advanced closing skills.Competitive and driven to achieve goals – you are a “Hunter” and a “Do‑er”.Strong rigor and organization, ability to manage tightly a large quantity of information over time.Enthusiasm and team spirit.Bilingual in French is a plus.What we offer :
