Ventura24 SLU, a leading company in the management of lotteries through the Internet, has a contract with ONCE to provide marketing services to manage and maximize the sales and results of the JuegosONCE website ( www.juegosonce.es ) as well as other digital channels (i.e., mobile, apps).

Social Media Manager JuegosONCE (12 months contract approx.)

We are seeking an experienced Social Media Manager to develop and implement the JuegosONCE social media strategy.

This person will report to the JuegosONCE Head of Marketing and will work closely with ONCE’s main stakeholders.

We are looking for a person with both a strategic mind and a hands-on approach.

Responsibilities :

  • Develop together with ONCE the social media strategy and communication plan for JuegosONCE.
  • Monitor and manage the implementation of the social media strategy.
  • Actively work on and manage the social media daily activities & content.
  • Lead the social media team (1 community manager) and define & oversee all design materials related to social media.
  • Responsible for paid social media branding campaigns of JuegosONCE (budget & conception of campaigns, monitoring and analysis) working closely with the Acquisition Manager and Social Paid Media specialists to ensure goals of branding campaigns are achieved.
  • Act as the main point of contact with ONCE main stakeholders, ensuring a continuous and optimum information flow.
  • Monthly billing management together with the accounting team.
  • Act as a liaison between ONCE and the JuegosONCE ZEAL team. Actively look for synergies between social media and the rest of areas of JuegosONCE (Acquisition, Retention, Data, Product).
  • Identify, propose, and launch new ideas and initiatives / opportunities to drive social media growth & awareness of JuegosONCE social media campaigns.
  • Reporting of activities, campaigns, and other initiatives both to our ONCE stakeholders and internally.
  • Interlocutor with critical stakeholders and international peers when needed.
  • Manage freelancers in charge of posting the results of the night's draws and freelance design.
  • Management of external agencies which provide audiovisual services (for example : video tutorials, product shooting...)

Experience & Skills

  • 5+ years' experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role.
  • Excellent knowledge and proven experience with Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, and other social media networks, managing channels, campaigns, etc.
  • Continuously up to date with the latest trends.
  • Good understanding of social media KPIs.
  • Proven knowledge of social media management tools such as Sprout Social, Hootsuite, TweetDeck, Buffer.
  • Proven knowledge of analytical tools, at least Excel.
  • Excellent copywriting skills.
  • Excellent analytical skills, as well as data analysis capabilities and experience.
  • Proven people management skills.
  • Fluent in English (written & spoken).
  • Hands-on approach and the ability to work in a cross-functional team.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects / responsibilities concurrently with strong communication, attention to detail, and presentation skills.
