We are currently looking for a self-motivated Sales Development Representative with an entrepreneurial mindset to join our team. You'll be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities for various clients. We are looking for an enthusiastic, German / English-speaking individual. You'll be part of an international team of consultants who are always ready to support you—and we never forget to have fun together!

At the moment, we're hiring for one position, but this ad also serves as an application for our candidate pool. If additional opportunities arise, we will reach out and offer you a position.

Ideal Candidate Profile :

  • Sales / Business Development Representative (SDR / BDR) experience in a similar role.
  • Experience in working with different systems to have a smart and effective way of prospecting.
  • Ability to develop GTM strategies based on different ICPs and German-speaking markets.
  • Hunter's mentality with a strong eagerness to succeed.
  • Strong desire to be in technology sales and a developed baseline framework for effective selling.
  • Proven experience in DACH tech sales.
  • Fluent in German and English (both written and spoken).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in performance-driven roles and comfortable with a compensation structure tied to meeting targets.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment delivering top-notch services to clients daily.
  • Available to work as a freelancer (invoicing monthly).
