Job Title : Administrative Operations Assistant
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized individual to assist with the day-to-day operations of our commercial department. This role is based in Castelldefels, Barcelona, and offers a permanent contract.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Commercial team, ensuring seamless execution of sales deliveries and stock control. Key responsibilities include :
- Daily Sales Posting : accurately recording and reporting sales data
- Inventory Management : assisting with inventory management and supply ordering
- Monthly Closing Support : assisting the Coordinator during the monthly closing process
- Customer Billing Issues : reviewing and resolving customer billing issues
- Transport and Warehouse Invoices : reviewing transport and warehouse invoices
- Invoicing Accuracy : ensuring accurate invoicing of prices and quantities
- Communication : communicating effectively with various departments and external parties
Requirements :
A minimum of 1 year overall experience in logistics / sales departmentProficiency in ExcelFluent in written and spoken EnglishOrganizational maturity and effectivenessAble to demonstrate professional competence within the company and with external contactsResults-oriented with a positive approachAbility to adapt to changeExcellent communication skills / proficiency in computers
