Location : Remote (within Bulgaria) / Hybrid (Sofia, Bulgaria – relocation assistance provided)

As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a Polish-Speaking Customer Support Advisor to join our team. This role is available as a remote position for candidates living in Bulgaria, with the option for relocation and hybrid work from Sofia. Relocation assistance is offered for those who wish to work from the office part-time.

Position Summary :

As a Polish-Speaking Customer Support Advisor , you will be the primary point of contact for our Polish-speaking customers, providing assistance with product inquiries, orders, troubleshooting, and resolving any issues they may encounter. We value passion and a strong customer service mindset, and while prior experience in customer support is beneficial, it’s not a requirement. This position is remote within Bulgaria, but if you prefer to work in a hybrid model from Sofia, we offer full relocation support.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Customer Support : Offer exceptional support to Polish-speaking customers through phone, email, and live chat, addressing inquiries, providing product information, and resolving any concerns they may have.
  • Product Assistance : Help customers understand product features, guide them through the purchasing process, and assist with returns or exchanges.
  • Issue Resolution : Handle and resolve customer complaints effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction at every touchpoint.
  • Record Keeping : Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the company’s CRM system to ensure efficient follow-up and continuous service improvement.
  • Collaboration : Work closely with various teams (sales, logistics, technical support) to ensure seamless and timely solutions for customers.
  • Continuous Learning : Stay informed about product offerings, industry trends, and internal processes to provide the best possible support.
  • Customer Insights : Gather valuable customer feedback and provide insights to help improve products and services, contributing to the company’s success.

Required Qualifications :

  • Language Skills : Proficiency in Polish (B2 or higher) and English (B2 or higher), with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
  • Experience : While customer service experience is preferred, it is not mandatory. A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and passion for helping others are key to success in this role.
  • Problem-Solving Skills : Ability to effectively resolve customer issues, maintaining a professional and empathetic approach at all times.
  • Technical Skills : Basic knowledge of customer service tools and CRM systems is a plus, though full training will be provided.
  • Interest in Sports : A genuine interest in sports is highly preferred, as it will help in understanding customers’ needs and enhancing customer interactions.
  • Adaptability : Comfortable working in a fast-paced, changing environment and managing varying customer needs.
  • Team Collaboration : Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative, remote team.
