We’re looking for :

We are looking for a Head of Inside Sales who enjoys customer care, sales and teamwork.

The person will lead the Inside Sales department for our markets, monitor & drive KPIs as well as manage and improve the department processes. If you like to inspire others and achieve ambitious goals, apply today!

Your Responsibilities :

• Lead & inspire our internal Inside Sales team members
• Set and track sales targets / KPIs & drive excellent results
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual forecasts
• Suggest and implement improvements in the sales administration process
• Research and discover methods to increase customer engagement & retention
• Liaise with other departments, e.g. Contact Center, Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency and increase sales
• Drive & lead various projects within your organisation in order to improve our processes, customer satisfaction and overall results.
• Create best selling processes and speeches and coach team members to achieve set KPIs.
• Use customer feedback to generate ideas about new features or products.
• Research and discover methods to increase customer engagement.
• Collaborate with the HR team, participating in the hiring processes when required.
• Build an open-communication culture inside your team.
