Senior Frontend Developer (ReactJS & NextJS)

About the Role :

As a Senior Frontend Developer, you will lead the frontend development of TransPerfect’s most popular product used by tens of thousands of users each month. You will also be involved in developing new AI-powered products. You will collaborate closely with UX / UI designers, developers, product managers, and QA teams to deliver cutting-edge products that add value for our customers.

Your responsibilities will include :

• Collaborating with AI development team members, designers, and product managers to create scalable, high-quality frontend solutions for new and existing products within the AI portfolio.
• Participating in and leading architectural decisions related to the frontend codebase.
• Mentoring junior and mid-level developers.
• Improving and optimizing the team’s existing frontend technology stack, code maintainability, and scalability to meet current and future requirements.
• Enforcing best practices in code reviews to maintain high-quality standards.
• Working with the QA team to ensure functionality and usability standards across all product releases.
• Troubleshooting and resolving issues, including bug fixes and customer support as needed.
