Company and Position

Our client is a top tier consulting firm renowned for helping clients solve their most complex issues, from strategy development through to execution. By combining deep strategic expertise with broad implementation capabilities, they guide global businesses forward with confidence.

Main Responsibilities :

Conduct in-depth Commercial Due Diligence for various clients, providing key insights and strategic recommendations to guide client decisions.
Develop comprehensive market analyses to understand industry trends, competitive landscapes, and potential growth opportunities.
Collaborate with clients to craft customized strategies that enhance their market position and operational efficiency.
Lead project teams, ensuring the delivery of high-quality outputs and adherence to timelines.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, becoming a trusted advisor through consistent excellence and insightful advisory.

Requirements :

Proven experience in Commercial Due Diligence, with a strong ability to analyze market trends, assess business models, and identify investment risks and opportunities.

Strong analytical skills, proficient in quantitative and qualitative analysis.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively navigating complex stakeholder environments.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Demonstrated leadership and initiative.

Creativity and curiosity.

Valuable Skills :

Previous working experience in the FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) sector, demonstrating a deep understanding of the dynamics and challenges within this fast-paced industry.

Required Languages :

English and Spanish
