Are you a seasoned hospitality professional with a passion for managing multiple properties and delivering exceptional guest experiences? We are seeking a Cluster Residence Manager to oversee the operations of multiple accommodations within a hospitality company.
What You’ll Do :
- Manage day-to-day operations across multiple properties, ensuring consistency in service and guest satisfaction.
- Oversee and support on-site teams, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Monitor budgets, schedules, and resources to achieve operational excellence.
- Ensure the smooth coordination of property maintenance and guest services.
- Travel between locations to ensure effective management and support.
