Software Tester / QA LEAD

This is a lead role that will be accountable to develop Test Strategy & Plans. This role will have daily oversight over 15+ Consultants. Ideal candidate will have substantial experience overseeing testing efforts for complex implementations. Must have experience developing and presenting to Sr Leadership across Business and Technology.

Requisitos

Must Have :

• 10+ years of overall experience
• 6+ years of leading testing of Data initiatives including Data migration, Data transformation and Data Quality Validation Tests (DQVT)
• Strong program delivery skills to coordinate the activities with multiple project team members in onsite / nearshore / offshore model. (Required)
• Experience Data Modernization Programs - interacting Business and IT teams to drive requirements, solution design, implementation, and data validations.
• Good at stakeholder communication with oral, written, and presentation skills.

• Data Transformation experience
