Job Description

Enfinity Global is looking for a Procurement Manager who will be part of the corporate procurement department for the development of PV solar and BESS projects. Reporting to the Head of Procurement (Europe), the manager will be ultimately responsible for closing contracts for the supply of main equipment and construction of the projects, including the preparation of RFIs, RFQs, tenders, and negotiations with contractors for PV parks, MV / HV lines, BESS systems, and substations.

Key Responsibilities

• Define project and contract needs and develop sourcing strategies.
• Develop and assess potential suppliers, maintain relationships, and scout for additional vendors.
• Prepare and lead RFI / RFQ tender processes, negotiate and close deals with selected suppliers and contractors.
• Communicate regularly with internal stakeholders on procurement and contract status.
• Conduct cost analysis and negotiation to achieve quality assurance and optimal supply‑chain cost.
• Review project cost reports to establish standard summaries, cost data, and variance analyses.
• Collaborate with the legal department to ensure favorable contract terms.
• Track and report negotiation progress.
• Support the team to achieve company objectives and apply process improvements.
