COYA Barcelona opened in July 2023 in a privileged location overlooking Barceloneta beach, at the W Hotel, bringing the spirit of Peru to Spain, inspired by the flavors and colors of Inca heritage. We are recruiting for Waiter / Waitress (Summer season).

The ideal candidate will have :

• A minimum of 1 year waiting experience in a fast-paced, high-end hospitality venue, preferably with seasonal experience.
• Fundamental knowledge of spirits and wines.
• Excellent customer service skills, passion for hospitality, and great interpersonal skills.
• The ability to work as a team with a positive work ethic.
• A friendly, proactive attitude with a can-do approach.
• Keen interest to develop knowledge and progress.
• Excellent communication skills, with a high level of spoken and written English and Spanish.
• The ability to work under pressure and flexibility to work late shifts.
