Job Description

You will develop professional relationships with our customers and optimize base sales, NPD & promotions. You will ensure great visibility in retailers and delivery of sales capabilities. Your drive will lead you to deliver the field KPI's and hit your annual objectives.

How you will contribute

  • Ensure maximum visual impact and optimal shelf availability through merchandising techniques.
  • Implement and monitor promotional activities.
  • Placement and implementation of point-of-buy materials.
  • Report on activities.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Solid knowledge of sales and negotiation processes
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Sales experience required, preferably in FMCG / CPG
  • Perseverance and attention to detail

  • Visit assigned client points of sale regularly to verify the state of shelves, references, and stock.
  • Ensure distribution and excellence in launching new products in the category.
  • Improve brand visibility and optimize assortment.
  • Ensure product replenishment and promotional setup.
  • Negotiate spaces, headers, and promotions directly with store owners.
  • Report daily activities, communicate, and resolve issues at the point of sale.
  • Manage suggested orders.
  • Job specific requirements :

  • Residency in the province is essential.
  • Driving license is essential.
