As the ISV & Marketplace EU Lead, your role combines program management, collaboration with central teams, and direct engagement with vendors to enhance product activation, streamline program execution, and drive go-to-market (GTM) success. The ideal candidate has a passion for technology ecosystems, extensive marketplace experience, and a track record in program execution. You will support software vendors to expand their Cloud Marketplace practice, recruiting and enabling vendors on the Marketplace programs available with TD SYNNEX EMEA across AWS, Microsoft, and Google. You will guide vendors on marketplace business case creation, coordinate regional onboarding, and work closely with regional and local stakeholders. You will collaborate with the central team on activating vendors on the TD SYNNEX cloud marketplace, integrating with hyperscalers’ marketplaces, and streamlining vendors’ GTM strategies with dedicated marketing packages and services.

Responsibilities :

  • Drive profitable market share growth by executing the ISV & Marketplace strategy across Europe, aligned with global direction.
  • Manage regional ISV & Marketplace initiatives, ensuring alignment with global strategies and local needs.
  • Achieve sales and profitability targets for ISV marketplace syndication.
  • Coordinate with global and central teams to activate ISV products on the StreamOne platform, ensuring technical and business alignment.
  • Guide vendors in developing effective GTM strategies and provide insights into the European channel landscape.
  • Promote activation and GTM service packages, customizing offerings and pricing.
  • Serve as the primary contact for ISV marketplace programs in Europe, fostering collaboration across teams, vendors, and partners.
  • Create compelling value propositions for C-level discussions and strategic decisions.
  • Knowledge, Skills, and Experience :

  • Deep understanding of the IT distribution ecosystem (hardware, software, services).
  • 10+ years in the IT industry, with experience in channel / vendor business development, sales, or product marketing.
  • Experience in strategic planning and business case development.
  • Strong solution and services selling background.
  • Business planning expertise with operational experience.
  • Experience working within matrix organizations.
  • Proven ability to self-manage in complex, external environments.
  • Strong emotional intelligence and executive communication skills.
  • Ability to influence, persuade, and build relationships at multiple levels, including C-level.
  • High energy, motivation, and autonomy.
