Strategic Procurement Manager IT (f / m / d)

As Strategic Procurement Manager IT, you will be responsible for strategic sourcing across IT categories including SaaS, cloud-based solutions, hardware, and cybersecurity. You will lead procurement initiatives, manage supplier relationships, and ensure alignment with compliance and value creation goals.

What you will do

Support the development of category strategies for IT, including SaaS, cloud, infrastructure, and hardware

Conduct supplier analysis and market research to support strategic decision-making

Manage sourcing projects, ensuring alignment with procurement goals and compliance standards

Lead contract negotiations and support ongoing supplier relationship management

Identify cost-saving opportunities and contribute to procurement performance tracking

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align procurement initiatives with business needs

What you bring & who you are

Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, or a related field

Proven experience in managing sourcing projects and supplier negotiations

Expertise in strategic sourcing, compliance, and risk management

Proficiency in procurement systems (e.g., SAP) and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI)

Strong communication and organizational skills, with a proactive and results-oriented mindset

Fluency in English; proficiency in German is an advantage
