Senior DevOps Engineer

A global technology product company with operations in over 30 countries. As part of the strategic expansion, it has being a launching a new Tech Hub in Madrid to drive innovation and scale the platforms worldwide. We're looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to join the founding team and help shape the future of our infrastructure and deployment practices.

🚀 Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain robust CI / CD pipelines.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or similar.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure secure and efficient deployments.
• Monitor and optimize system performance (logging, alerting, observability).
• Contribute to cloud architecture decisions and DevOps tooling strategy.
• Promote DevOps culture across teams and departments.

🧰 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps or related roles.
• Strong expertise in AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Proficiency with container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Hands-on experience with infrastructure-as-code and automation tools.
• Solid understanding of CI / CD platforms (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions).
• Scripting skills (Bash, Python, Go, etc.).
• High level of English is essential — you’ll work in an international environment.

• Experience with microservices and distributed systems.
• Cloud or DevOps certifications.
• Contributions to open-source projects.
• Background in product-driven tech companies.
