Continuous monitoring of market, competitive, and general conditions
Development and implementation of successful business area strategies in cooperation with the Ceramic Auxiliaries business division
Planning of resources to achieve corporate goals
Your profile
Several years of professional experience in the ceramics industry
Entrepreneurial thinking and a consistent, strong customer focus
Strategic and analytical skills paired with strong implementation skills
Ability to communicate and build relationships at all levels of the organization
Intercultural competence
Highly proficient written and spoken English
Willingness to travel 50%
