We are seeking a strategic Senior People Data Analyst to drive advanced HR data analytics initiatives, ensure data integrity, and deliver insightful, actionable reports. The position collaborates with cross-functional leaders, monitors HR analytics trends, and drives key projects to support data-driven decisions.
Translate complex HR data into clear, actionable insights and present findings in ways that resonate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Facilitate regular meetings and presentations to discuss HR performance metrics, trends, and strategic initiatives, engaging diverse teams across the organization.
Work closely with HR-IT to maintain the accuracy, consistency, and security of HR data across systems, ensuring data integrity and governance.
Support HR insights and reporting projects by ensuring timely and successful completion of deliverables in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field.
Power BI, SAP Analytics Cloud) and HRIS solutions (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday), with a proven ability to analyse and interpret complex datasets while adhering to data security and confidentiality standards.
Strong expertise in Python or R for advanced data analysis is a plus.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data insights into clear, actionable recommendations and deliver compelling presentations to diverse audiences.
Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset, fostering partnerships across departments while maintaining professionalism in managing confidential data.
