About the team

At Stayforlong we are currently a team of 80 people working in a dynamic and collaborative environment where people have the opportunity to grow and develop professionally.

Job purpose

Your purpose will be to coordinate and support the internal processes of the People Operations area, ensuring organization, accuracy, and a smooth experience for all team members. You will play a key role in representing and strengthening Stayforlong’s culture in the office, fostering a positive, organized, and collaborative environment.

We’re looking for someone methodical, proactive, and detail-oriented, who wants to grow their career in a dynamic and tech-driven environment. Rather than focusing on payroll execution, your role will center on coordination, service, and continuous improvement—working cross-functionally with different teams and contributing creative solutions that enhance both efficiency and the employee experience.

What You Will Do

👩 💻 Employee Administration

• Keep employee records up to date in Drive and Factorial.
• Prepare and archive employment documents (contracts, annexes, certificates, updates…).
• Coordinate with the external payroll provider for hires, terminations, and contract changes.
• Ensure all employee documentation is accurate, organized, and properly filed.
