Senior Data Engineer - Analyst

We are looking for a Senior Data Engineer - Analyst to join our team!

The Analyst will be responsible for processing and performing statistical analyses on large datasets. The Analyst works closely with stakeholders to identify business problems and provide insights that drive decision-making. The Analyst also creates visualisations dashboards and reports to present findings to stakeholders.

He / she will :

Bring relevant experience as a Omnichannel analytics. Analysing data on customer interactions across all the different channels of the business (giving customers a seamless personalized experience as they transition from one touchpoint to another)

Develop and maintain data structures to support the Go-To-Market strategy.

Develop and present reports visualisations and dashboards that communicate data insights and recommendations to stakeholders.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies.

Develop and maintain documentation related to data analysis processes and procedures.

Requirements

• Fluent in English.
• Bachelors degree in Data tech Mathematics Statistics Computer Science or related field.
• 4 years of experience in data analysis preferably in a healthcare business.
• Contribute relevant experience as a Omnichannel analytics. Analysing data on customer interactions across all the different channels of the business (giving customers a seamless personalized experience as they transition from one touchpoint to another)
• Experience in Snowflake
• Experience in DBT or related tool
• Proficient in SQL and data visualisation tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
• Soft skills are essential good attitude; team player; good organizational skills openness to and aptitude for learning new tools and technologies as virtual events and related platforms & capabilities are continuously evolving.
• Exposure / knowledge of the Pharma industry is a plus
