POSITION PURPOSE
The Night Front Office Agent is required to audit, balance and consolidate Department ledger accounts, supervise the night audit process in the Opera system and prepare various hotel operating reports as well as balance the end of day reports of the different outlets with the Opera system.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Reconciliation and completion of all daily Desk Agents' work
- Posting balances to all guest rooms and closing out the day's transactions
- Running accounts receivable reports, providing next day reports to all the departments, as required.
- Provide guest services to guests during the overnight hours
Support operations during daytime hours as needed.
SPECIFIC JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
High school or equivalent education required (Finance, Tourism).
Three to five years of previous Front Office or Finance department experience in a 5
Leadership as well as the ability to work independently Must be willing to work night schedule.
