Global Key Account Customer Experience & Operations Sr. Manager
Location : Barcelona, Spain
Our dedicated Global Account Team in Taste Operations seeks a Senior Manager to collaborate daily with global clients and internal operations teams to deliver excellence in customer experience and supply. This role focuses on building lasting relationships, solving complex operational challenges, and aligning strategy between operations and client accounts.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Act as the voice of the global clients within Taste Operations and vice versa.
- Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Serve as a strategic partner to Taste Operations and the Global Client Account team to ensure full alignment and delivery of strategy.
- Act as operations technical point of contact, proactively identifying and solving complex customer challenges.
- Monitor customer activity and success metrics to identify at‑risk accounts and opportunities for improvement and define actions to delight and exceed our clients’ expectations in supply.
- Develop client intimacy to ensure the clients’ objectives are understood and translated into an actionable plan inside Taste Operations.
- Collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams such as sales, planning, production, and digital & tech.
