About the Role :

We’re looking for a detail-oriented team member to own Account Health while supporting sales growth. You’ll manage daily checks and cases in Amazon Seller Central, while also assisting the sales team with key growth tasks. Over time, you’ll have the opportunity to develop into a Product Growth Owner role, taking full ownership of products and their growth.

The ideal candidate is someone who has a relentless mindset, is highly self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Amazon Seller Central experience is required, with at least 3 years of relevant e-commerce experience.

What You’ll Do :

  • Monitor the Account Health dashboard daily, flag issues, and resolve cases with Seller Support.
  • Keep a log of cases and track resolution progress.
  • Review listings for accuracy and compliance.
  • Upload changes to product listings and maintain content updates.
  • Review customer complaints for recurring issues.
  • Support sales leaders with research, reporting, and competitor tracking.
  • Take on growth-focused tasks over time, building towards full product ownership.

What We’re Looking For :

  • Good at problem-solving and persistence (especially with Amazon Seller Support).
  • Comfortable with data and research.
  • Detail-focused, organised, and proactive.
  • Strong communication skills in English.
  • Minimum 3 years ecommerce experience with direct Amazon Seller Central involvement
  • Experience with Helium 10 and Sellerise or similar is a plus.
  • Eager to grow into a Product Growth Owner role and take on more responsibility over time.
