This is a pivotal role for an individual who will form close relationships with our high-value clients, delivering strategic support to drive growth and success. As a VIP Relationship Manager, you'll be the primary point of contact for these key accounts, ensuring seamless communication, addressing concerns, and identifying opportunities for expansion.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute tailored strategies to meet client goals and objectives, leveraging our AI-powered sales automation platform to optimize their outbound efforts.
- Foster strong relationships with senior executives, providing responsive support and proactive communication to maintain trust and confidence.
- Analyze campaign performance data to identify areas for improvement, recommending adjustments to maximize ROI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align ICP, sequencing, personalization, and experimentation strategy, driving alignment across the organization.
- Craft compelling narratives highlighting business impact and value delivered to clients, showcasing our platform's capabilities.
Requirements :
2+ years in B2B SaaS Account Management, Customer Success, or Relationship Management, with a proven track record of retention, renewals, and upsells.Cold email campaign experience required, understanding sequencing, personalization, deliverability basics, and outbound strategy.Strong executive presence, comfortable leading client strategy calls and managing escalations.Familiarity with CRM systems, sales automation platforms, and marketing tools like Slack, Intercom, and HubSpot.Exceptional problem-solving skills, ability to analyze complex data sets, and explain ROI clearly.Benefits :
