Job Title : Key Account Strategist

Overview :

This is a pivotal role for an individual who will form close relationships with our high-value clients, delivering strategic support to drive growth and success. As a VIP Relationship Manager, you'll be the primary point of contact for these key accounts, ensuring seamless communication, addressing concerns, and identifying opportunities for expansion.

Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute tailored strategies to meet client goals and objectives, leveraging our AI-powered sales automation platform to optimize their outbound efforts.
  • Foster strong relationships with senior executives, providing responsive support and proactive communication to maintain trust and confidence.
  • Analyze campaign performance data to identify areas for improvement, recommending adjustments to maximize ROI.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align ICP, sequencing, personalization, and experimentation strategy, driving alignment across the organization.
  • Craft compelling narratives highlighting business impact and value delivered to clients, showcasing our platform's capabilities.

Requirements :

  • 2+ years in B2B SaaS Account Management, Customer Success, or Relationship Management, with a proven track record of retention, renewals, and upsells.
  • Cold email campaign experience required, understanding sequencing, personalization, deliverability basics, and outbound strategy.
  • Strong executive presence, comfortable leading client strategy calls and managing escalations.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, sales automation platforms, and marketing tools like Slack, Intercom, and HubSpot.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills, ability to analyze complex data sets, and explain ROI clearly.
