Job responsibilities
Customer support :
1. Provide technical support to customers and answer product-related questions;
2. Quickly respond to customer needs through telephone, email, online chat and other channels;
3. Assist customers in solving technical problems in product installation and use.
After-sales support :
1. Diagnose and analyze problems reported by customers;
2. Record and track problems to ensure that customer problems can be solved in a timely manner;
3. When necessary, work with the after-sales service team at the headquarters and provide solutions.
Internal collaboration :
1. Work with R&D, product and operation teams to promote fundamental solutions to technical problems;
2. Provide customer feedback to help improve product functions and user experience.
3. Provide technical training and exhibition support for customers or internal teams;
4. Continuously learn the latest technology and product knowledge to maintain the improvement of technical support capabilities.
Job requirements
1. Excellent communication and expression skills;
2. Good teamwork awareness;
3. Ability to work efficiently under pressure and have the ability to solve problems.
Experience requirements
1. 1-3 years of experience in technical support or energy storage battery field is preferred;
2. Experience in customer service or technical training is preferred.
