Descripción del trabajoAt least 5 years of experience as a Quality Engineer in the production sector, including a minimum of 2 years in the automotive industry. Engineer or technical degree in chemistry, machinery, mechanics, or equivalent through experience. Experience in internal auditing functions. Fluent in English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus. Good communication skills and an excellent team player. Proficient in computer literacy, including MS Office and statistical software. Knowledge of quality planning, quality management systems, and related audits (ISO9001, IATF16949, VDA, etc.).
Located in Logroño plant, La Rioja, He / She will integrate into the Quality department of the plant, whose main activities are focused on customer care, product & process controls, new programs development, and Quality Management System maintenance and improvement.
Main missions and results :
- Be the contact for customers regarding any quality-related issues (customer complaints, PPAP, etc.), and be responsible for recording and closing internal and external concerns.
- Take actions to achieve operational objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Create documentation related to processes, products, and the quality management system.
- Generate Control Plans aligned with PFMEA / DFMEA.
- Support internal, customer, and third-party audits.
