Our client is looking for Dutch or German Sales Development Representatives (SDR) to join their team in Madrid.

Key responsibilities

  • Proactively reach out to potential clients via phone, email, and LinkedIn
  • Research prospects’ needs, challenges, and opportunities
  • Generate promising leads through lots of outbound calling
  • Maintain accurate pipeline information in the CRM
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets

  • Compensation :

    30,000 € base salary + 15.000–28.000 € in variable earnings based on the market with an uncapped commission plan

    Your profile

  • Previous Sales experience (preferably in B2B SaaS)
  • Native-level German or Dutch and fluent English (Spanish is a plus)
  • Willingness to learn about SaaS products in the E-Commerce space
  • Either local in Madrid or willingness to move there on your expenses
  • Being comfortable with a strictly outbound focused position
  • Excellent communication and active listening skills
  • Team player with a healthy ambition to reach goals
