What are we looking for?

Blue is looking for a talented junior Account Manager specifically working closely with Affiliate platforms to drive an effective customer relationships with our existing and new partners. We expect you to be a clear communicator with a focus on customer service. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn. You will receive comprehensive training in Blue's systems and ongoing support from our Head of Market Operations to ensure your success.

Responsabilities

  • Establish and maintain relationships with affiliate platforms.
  • Identify, engage, and build lasting relationships with new and potential clients.
  • Regularly update and maintain internal tracking boards.
  • Oversee the onboarding process for eCommerce clients, guiding them through implementation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to review campaign performance, results, and strategies.
  • Conduct monthly meetings with clients to discuss progress and opportunities.
  • Ensure budget alignment and effective allocation of resources.

Requirements

  • The ideal candidate, as the rest of the team, has a natural positive “Go Get” attitude.
  • Experience in account management / client services,
  • Fluent in spoken and written English.
  • Must be well organized and be able to self-manage tasks / schedule.
  • Analytical and detail-oriented to see situations from multiple angles.
  • Adaptability and a strong desire to self-learn and research in this field.
  • Must be a clear communicator with a focus on customer service.
  • Must be able to negotiate agreements, persuade potential affiliates, and advocate for the program’s interests.
