Job Description :

This role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial screenings to interview coordination and offer negotiation. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of talent acquisition strategies, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Aviation Management, or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience recruiting and conducting interviews.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
