Role Overview

As an Amazon Account Manager , you will be the key point of contact for our clients, ensuring their Amazon accounts are managed efficiently and issues are resolved promptly during off-office hours. This role requires a blend of client communication, problem-solving skills, and expertise in Amazon Seller Central.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Communication :
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the assigned shift.

  • Respond promptly to inquiries via email, chat, or other communication channels.
  • Provide updates and solutions for client concerns, ensuring satisfaction and trust.
  • Account Health Management :
  • Monitor and maintain the health of Amazon seller accounts, ensuring compliance with Amazon's policies.

  • Proactively identify and address issues to prevent account suspensions or penalties.
  • Issue Resolution :
  • Resolve product listing errors, order discrepancies, and other Amazon Seller Central issues.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to address escalated concerns efficiently.
  • Listing Optimization :
  • Optimize product listings for enhanced visibility and sales performance.

  • Conduct audits to ensure accurate and compliant product information.
  • Reporting :
  • Prepare detailed shift reports for the Manager, summarizing tasks completed, issues resolved, and updates for the next team.

  • Provide actionable insights based on account performance and client feedback.
  • Task Management :
  • Use tools like Click-Up, Slack, and Google Sheets to document tasks and updates.

  • Assist in executing weekly and monthly strategies to improve client performance.
  • Requirements

  • Experience :
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce, client communication, or account management.

  • Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central is highly preferred.
  • Skills :
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.

    Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

    Proficiency in tools like Google Sheets, Click-Up, and Slack.

  • Additional Requirements :
  • Reside in Central or South America to align with the shift timing.

    Availability to work from 3 : 00 PM to 11 : 00 PM CST.
