You won't just be joining another technical role—you’ll be contributing to the design, development, and transition to manufacturing of next-generation medical devices that have the potential to reshape the tech landscape and redefine the standards in healthcare.We are part of a highly ambitious and global project, collaborating across multiple sites and stages.- Drive generation, implementation, qualification and optimization of fabrication processes for the fabrication of complex polymer consumables from prototype through high volume manufacturing with expertise and confidence of DFM.- Develop, validate, and optimize manufacturing processes for new medical device products.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure DFM principles are applied.- Execute V&V protocols and prepare reports under ISO 13485.- Conduct PFMEAs and risk assessments for new processes.- Manage Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) and related documentation.- Collaborate with cross-functional, global teams in an agile, startup-like environment.- Help build and stabilize processes as part of a growing unit.Your ideal background- Bachelor’s in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.- 3+ years in process development / manufacturing (Life Sciences or regulated industries preferred).- ISO 13485 cleanroom experience (preferred).- Experience scaling processes from R&D to manufacturing.- Experience in one or more of the following processes is desirable :

  • DRIE on silicon;
  • Wet etching (silicon and glass);
  • Sputtering and evaporation;
  • Soft-lithography;
  • Metrology;
  • Photolithography for mold generation;
  • Electroplating for nickel shims;
  • Machining (e.G., CNC, micro-milling, laser welding);
  • Injection molding.- Proficiency in MS Office and 2D / 3D CAD design tools.- Fluent in English;
