We are looking for trainees for our European Supply Chain Center of Excellence in Barcelona. We invite you to participate in our selection process for the Procurement Team.

As a Procurement Trainee , you will learn about our business, our people, and our purpose : what we do & why it matters. The role involves interaction both internally with procurement stakeholders and externally with suppliers.

Main Responsibilities

  • Delivering standard reports & analysis in a timely manner.
  • Managing requests from stakeholders to build better reports, often linking different data sources.
  • Building new reports and participating in continuous improvement projects (European and local).
  • Assisting in daily operations led by Procurement Representatives.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Currently studying or recently graduated in industrial engineering, procurement, or supply chain-related fields.
  • Strong command of English (spoken & written).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (complex formulas, pivot tables); Access knowledge is a plus.
  • Responsible, customer-oriented, and capable of meeting strict deadlines.
  • Ambitious, open to intellectual challenges.
  • Familiar with ERP systems (SAP), macros (VBA), data visualization tools (PowerBI).
  • Team player with strong collaboration skills.
  • Analytical and influential skills.
  • Ability to work in complex, international environments.
  • Willing to commit for 6 to 12 months.
  • Position starts in June 2025 in Barcelona.
