Position Overview : The Operational Excellence Manager is a Process Improvement Specialist with 10+ years of applied experience in business improvement methods and tools, including but not limited to Process Management, Lean Six Sigma, and Change Management, with a strong data-driven orientation. The ideal candidate will have a bias for action, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification, knowledge of tools like Minitab, R, Python, Power Automate, and preferably an Industrial Engineering degree, along with experience in the renewable energy industry and Change Management certifications.

As the Operational Excellence Manager, you will :

• Lead and execute process improvement initiatives using appropriate methods and tools, including Lean and DMAIC methodology.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, prioritize, and implement business improvement and optimization opportunities, including process mapping, KPI / dashboard definition, root-cause analysis, and process automation.
• Lead multi-disciplinary teams through complex end-to-end process improvement initiatives.
• Utilize business improvement tools and methods to analyze data and make evidence-based decisions.
• Develop and maintain continuous improvement processes throughout the organization.
• Scope and facilitate Kaizen workshops.
• Lead, facilitate, and support training, coaching, and mentoring of teams in Continuous Process Improvement and Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
• Foster a Continuous Improvement mindset and culture, and lead by example.
