Responsibilities :

As our new Enterprise Account Executive (Spanish speaking) , you'll get the opportunity to make a major impact our company growth through generating new business for our Formalize product.

You’ll be responsible for :

  • Manage a complex sales process from lead generation and discovery, to contract negation and close, with multiple C-Level stakeholders
  • Engage with prospects to position our Formalize product through strategic, consultative, and value-based selling
  • Identifying, onboarding and nurturing high-potential partners
  • Execute and deliver against revenue targets and KPIs provided by leadership
  • Provide customized and impactful demonstrations of Formalize solutions to prospects, addressing their specific needs and priorities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximize customer success and revenue generation
  • Qualifications and expectations towards you :

  • 3-5 years of experience within complex enterprise B2B Sales (preferably SaaS experience) and a track record of overachieving targets (Euro 1M / year ARR)
  • Experience in closing large deals (+75.000k) and long sales cycles
  • Experience with multithreading, building business cases and using MEDDIC / MEDDPIC methodologies
  • Experience selling to buyers within either Compliance, IT or Finance, and on C-level
  • A cross-functional and team-oriented mindset
  • Great communication, presentation, and relationship building skills
  • Able to work 40 hours per week in our Madrid office
  • Native fluency in Spanish and professional fluency in English

    Recruitment Process

  • Completion of personality test
  • 30-minutes online interview with our Head of Talent Acquisition
  • 30-minutes online interview with our Spanish Country Manager
  • Preparation for the last interview
  • 60 minutes in-person / online final interview with our Country Manager and CRO
