Your Quest

Data Architecture : Design, develop, and maintain the company's data architecture and processes.

Data Pipelines : Build and deploy ETL processes, both for batch processing and real-time event-based data, CI / CD.

Team Leadership : Supervise and mentor other team members, ensuring their work aligns with the company’s technical standards and analytics roadmap.

Collaboration : Work closely with team members to develop data and analytics pipelines.

Cross-Department Collaboration : Liaise with devops, backend and frontend teams to identify data needs and propose solutions.

Stay Updated : Keep up with trends and new technologies in data engineering, engage with user communities, and share your knowledge with the team.

Your Player Stats

Experience : At least 2 years of experience as a Data Engineer.

Education : Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline (Computer Science or Engineering).

Technical Skills : Strong knowledge of SQL and ETL technologies, with a focus on Airflow and dbt.

AWS Expertise : Building and deploying data pipelines and services within AWS, with deep knowledge of AWS services like S3, Redshift, Kinesis, Lambda functions, Flink, ECS, and EC2.

Programming : Advanced knowledge of Python.

Language Skills : Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish.

Location : Candidates must be based in Spain.

Infrastructure Knowledge : Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform.
