Key Responsibilities
Junior Observability Splunk Engineer
Support the setup and maintenance of tools like Splunk and ITSICreate and maintain dashboards ensuring data qualityAssist users and provide training on observability toolsWork with team members to implement new functionalitiesHelp monitor product quality and integrationCollaborate closely with your team on technical and functional tasksSplunk Engineer (Experienced)
Build, maintain, and coach on observability tools (Splunk / ITSI)Lead on dashboard setup , data quality, and user adoptionActively discuss and implement new features based on business needsPerform Splunk Admin tasks and coach colleaguesIntegrate solutions into wider enterprise infrastructure (AWS / Azure)Be a technical ambassador and mentor within the teamRequired Skills & Experience
For Junior Role :
Some exposure to SplunkUnderstanding of AWS / AzureBasic coding in Python and JavaScript (Java is a plus)Eagerness to learn , collaborate, and growSplunk Core Certified UserFor Experienced Role :
3+ years of hands-on Splunk experienceStrong experience with Python, Infra, AWS / AzureProficiency in JavaScript ; Java is a plusExperience with observability tools , user coaching, and integration projectsAbility to take ownership of deliverables and lead from the frontSplunk Core Certified Power User or Advanced Power User certificationSoft Skills
Excellent communication and user support capabilitiesStrong collaboration and team ethicPassion for learning and technologyAbility to coach and motivate peers (senior level)Candidates must be fluent in spoken English and be based in Spain or Portugal to be considered for these roles.
