We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales Representative to expand our presence in the Spanish and Portuguese hospitality market.

Job Overview : The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with hotel chains, independent hotels, and distributors, and achieving sales targets for our Hospitality Division.
Your Main Responsibilities : Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to expand Dometic's presence in the Spanish and Portuguese hospitality sector.
Identify and engage potential customers, including hotels (non-branded, International, and local chains), Care Home service providers, furniture OEMs / architects / designers / contractors across channels.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including procurement managers, hotel owners, and industry decision-makers.
Drive revenue growth through direct sales, partnerships, and distributor / dealer management.
Provide product presentations and demonstrations to clients, highlighting features, benefits, and value proposal.
Stay up to date with market trends, competitors, and customer needs.
Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, customer service, and product management, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts to track performance and inform business decisions.

Qualifications and Experience : Proven experience in B2B sales in the Hotel sector’s, supplier side of finished goods / equipment.
Strong understanding of the hotel sector, including procurement processes and supplier relationships.
Experience working with premium brands and high valued USPs.
Experience on mid to long term cycle projects.
Proven ability to build collaborative relationships and networks.
Acumen in selling Engineered and or Refrigeration equipment.
Ability to travel within Spain and Portugal as needed.
Fluency in Spanish and English is required (Portuguese would be a plus).
IT literate, CRM (software and sales reporting tools), Microsoft pack.
