Schneider PLC Engineer

Are you passionate about automation and eager to contribute to the future of data centres across Europe? I am seeking a skilled Schneider PLC Engineer to design, programme, and commission advanced automation systems. This is your chance to work on high-impact projects that drive innovation and technological development across Europe.

Location : Valencia (Data Centre Projects)

Salary : €50,000 - €60,000

Bonus : 10%

Key Responsibilities :

  • PLC Programming : Design, develop, and optimize Schneider Modicon PLC systems to meet project specifications.
  • System Integration : Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate PLC systems with SCADA, HMI, and other automation platforms.
  • Troubleshooting : Diagnose and resolve technical issues in real-time, ensuring seamless production processes.
  • Documentation : Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, including wiring diagrams, program logic, and user manuals.
  • Testing & Validation : Conduct system testing and validation to ensure compliance with industry standards and client requirements.
  • Continuous Improvement : Identify opportunities to enhance system performance and reliability.

Experience Required :

  • Education : Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience : 3+ years of hands-on experience with Schneider Modicon PLCs, including programming and troubleshooting.
  • Technical Skills : Proficiency in ladder logic, function block programming, and system integration.
  • Soft Skills : Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative mindset.
  • Certifications (Preferred) : Schneider Electric certifications or equivalent are a plus.
