Description

The IT Support Technician is responsible for monitoring all production systems 24x7 to ensure maximum uptime. They report, escalate, and follow up on system outages, coordinating with the NOC team to initiate incident call bridges and document incident reports. This team acts as the first line of contact for any production issues faced by end users and the business. The role also involves providing support by identifying and troubleshooting first-level support issues.

  • User support : remote and on-site support, including remote connection to computers in the Europe division.
  • Basic Microsoft System Administration.
  • Manage Active Directory : create accounts, manage users, groups, and distribution lists.
  • Exchange : handle email administration and support.
  • Provide support outside the Madrid division.
  • Experience with ticketing systems (Manage Engine and Jira).
  • Phone support for internal users.
  • Incident Management adhering to SLAs.
  • Basic infrastructure knowledge : switches, routers, servers, workstations, printers.

Additional requirements include :
