We are seeking a skilled Social Media Listening Analyst to join our innovative team.

This role involves executing comprehensive social media listening strategies across all Human Pharma products, monitoring conversations in multiple languages, and collaborating with regulatory teams to ensure compliance in social media monitoring and reporting.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of hands-on experience in social media listening and analysis, proficiency in social media listening platforms, and strong skills in data analysis and interpretation.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in social media listening and analysis.
• Proficiency in social media listening platforms (Sprinklr experience highly preferred).
• Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare social media monitoring is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong skills in data analysis, interpretation, and report creation.
