Job Title : SAP SuccessFactors AMS Consultant

Location : Remote (Based in Spain, Madrid preferred)

Languages : Fluent English and Spanish

Tasks

  • Provide AMS support for SAP SuccessFactors (EC, Time Off).
  • Handle incidents, service requests, and system troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure system performance.
  • Identify improvement opportunities and implement system updates.
  • Attend training for SuccessFactors Learning.

Requirements

  • Experience in SuccessFactors AMS (EC, Time Off).
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Based in Spain (Madrid preferred) with remote work.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
