Take your career to the next level with Amaris Consulting as a Lead UX / UI Designer. Be part of an international team, thrive in a global group with a €800M turnover and over 1,000 clients worldwide, and an agile environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in user experience design, team leadership, and project management, with a passion for creating intuitive and impactful digital products. Spanish and English fluency are required for this role.

✍️ WHAT WOULD YOU NEED? ✍️

  • 6+ years of experience in UX / UI design.
  • Proven experience leading teams of at least 4 people .
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously .
  • Strong proficiency in Figma .
  • Deep expertise in User Experience and Prototyping (MUST).
  • Solid understanding of Design Systems and User Research .
  • Experience working in banking environments (PLUS).
  • Advanced proficiency in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

  • Lead the design and development of user-centric digital products.
  • Conduct user research and translate insights into design decisions.
  • Create high-fidelity prototypes and design systems using Figma.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design consistency and usability.
  • Manage and mentor a team of designers across multiple projects.
  • Stay current with UX / UI trends and best practices.
  • Ensure alignment between business goals and user needs.
