Responsibilities

  • Act as the main technical contact for clients, guiding them in implementing and optimizing CDN solutions for video & web applications.
  • Use coding skills to troubleshoot and enhance CDN configurations, ensuring high performance and solving technical issues efficiently.
  • Build strong client relationships through proactive communication & support.
  • Collaborate with product development teams to provide valuable client feedback for product improvements.
  • Work with technical support teams to quickly resolve performance issues and maintain high service standards.
  • Stay informed about the latest CDN technology and market trends to ensure our solutions remain competitive.
  • Create detailed documentation and training materials to help clients effectively use our CDN services.
  • Advise on and utilize industry-standard monitoring and performance analysis tools.

Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Demonstrable experience in the implementation and management of CDN solutions, especially with providers such as Akamai, Cloudflare, or AWS CloudFront.
  • Strong understanding of HTTP / HTTPS, DNS, and relevant protocols, with the ability to script in languages like Python, JavaScript, or similar.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences (technical and non-technical)
  • Customer-centric approach, with demonstrated ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on problem-solving.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, adapting to evolving client and technological needs.
  • Advanced level of english.
